An interesting typewriter as the type bars swing towards the platen from the side rather than up and down. The model 3 seems to be the only model ever commercially manufactured and sold to the market. This machine was manufactured the same year the company was preparing to move into a newly completed factory in Woodstock, IL, from their site in Momence, IL. You can see an artist's rendering of the factory from the papers in the picture to the left. (Picture taken from The Woodstock Sentinel, 28 Apr 1910, page 1.)
